Las Vegas Review-Journal
Billy's BBQ, 4115 S. Grand Canyon Drive, serves brisket, pork, chicken, sausage and shrimp dishes using award-winning recipes. Opened in November by local barbecue competition winner Esquire BBQ, the eatery was rebranded as Billy's BBQ.
