Add vegetable stock, garlic, carrot, apple, squash, sage, onion, cinnamon, salt and pepper to a slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until butternut squash is tender. 3. Using an immersion blender, puree soup to desired consistency.
